Wat Saket

Wat Saket, often referred to as the Golden Mount, is a serene and sacred site nestled in the heart of Bangkok.

The highlight of this temple is the artificial hill crowned with a golden chedi (stupa) that glistens in the sun. To reach the summit, visitors must climb a winding staircase that winds around the hill, passing numerous bell-shaped structures and lush greenery. Once at the top, the panoramic views of Bangkok are breathtaking, making it an ideal spot for both spiritual reflection and photography. The temple complex also features a cemetery and historic artifacts, adding to its historical significance.
